For me, the wake-up call came when a flood devastated our basement. As I rushed to salvage what I could, I was forced to confront the sheer amount of stuff we had accumulated. There were things I no longer needed, things I had forgotten about, and things I was holding onto simply because they had always been there. It was a moment of both shame and clarity. I knew something had to change. As I worked through my home, I realized that letting go of the excess was not just about organization. It was about creating space for what truly mattered. The result was more than a tidy home. It was a sense of clarity, lightness, and connection to the life I wanted.
From HR Professional to House & Home
With a degree in Business and nearly fifteen years in HR, I have always been drawn to helping people. Making the shift into the house and home space allowed me to take that experience and apply it in a way that feels deeply personal and meaningful.
